Tilting at Windmills

Sometimes, in the course of our actions, we try to stand against the tide. We try to right what was wronged. We try to correct the injustice. And, while sometimes we may feel as if we are Don Quixote railing against the windmills alone. But, just as ‘crazy’ Don Quixote soon became a real hero and legend, perhaps the tide will be turned.

More importantly, looking back when charging at the trouble ahead, proves to be quite invigorating as we see the growing army that we ride with.

What I am talking about is this: No matter how much you watch the news, no matter how they try to spin things, the groundswell of ‘We The People’ is starting to break through the crusty surface.

I have heard so many ideas and theories as to why Ron Paul is wrong, a kook, a dreamer. I’ve even heard he will ‘just siphon off votes for the right’. Funny thing is, he is siphoning votes off the left as well. This is a man that all ‘Freedom Fighters’ can rally behind. Glen Beck even went so far as to call Ron Paul supporters ‘domestic terrorists’.

The problem is, that when ‘talking about the constitution’ becomes a standard for measuring terrorist by the Alphabet Soup guys [CIA, FBI, ATF, FDA] then we are proven to be at exactly the point we have long feared.

Imagine the chill in the air, the blood pulsing through your veins, as you sit on your horseback on the edge of the cliff. Looking down into the valley, you see the enemy encampment. All of their tents are matching, all of their saddles matching, everything shiny and well maintained. The officers and soldiers do not seem to motivated however, as the sit around lazily getting ready for whatever marching orders are to come.

You look down at your worn saddle, then turn and look at the patchwork encampment behind you. Everyone scurrying about busily, loading weapons, packing supplies, improvising assault devices. Each one here has ‘the warriors eye’, steely and on purpose. Feeling so alive as the blood coursing through them, knowing each of you is ready to spill it or shed it in service to the cause of freedom.

We were formed a republic and are on the edge of a democracy that is leading us into socialism, communism and slavery.

Here in this great day, we find ourselves at a crossroads. We ride away and give up everything that is alive inside us, or we can ride into the fray. The Natives, I think it is Lakota, have a phrase for this day. “Hoka-Hey”, which is to say ‘today is a good day to die’. Many a warrior clan has had the same thought and motto. When in the course of doing ‘the right thing’ we meet our complete destruction even unto death, what a mighty day it has become.

I believe, with what I find in my research and talking to other people, that Dr Paul is a real and true possibility. I hear all the ‘wasted vote’ crap and flap from the TV, not from people. I believe that if Ron Paul does not get elected, it will then be proven once and for all, that ‘We The People’ have no control of this vessel. I invite you to really dig and examine the candidates, each and every one of them. Don’t get hypnotized by the ‘front-runner’ garbage in the media. Actually, examine who these people are and what they support. You know the view that I have, that only Ron Paul is looking out for the ‘We’ in this country. The federal royalty in this present time are just rubbing our noses in it.

I mean think about it: Bush-Clinton-Bush-Clinton. They are just toying with us before the meal like a cruel cat with an injured mouse.

A few years ago, if you had said ‘New World Order’ [NWO] it would have been funny. But, that is before One World Now [OWN] started making campaign contributions.

Please take a serious look at your options. And invite others to do the same. I know we don’t normally do ‘political endorsements’. But, I feel this is VITAL to the republic.
