Happy Days

It never ceases to amaze me how much is taken away and people just quietly comply.

I wonder how many of us, even the ones reading this, let the government steal money a few days ago without even being mildly annoyed. We probably are happy that 'I don't have to pay, or, They owe me $X.XX amount.' Just happy not to 'go to jail'. We live in perilous times, my friends.

Texas just made it a law that all 6Th grade girls have to get a vaccination. More of the 'it takes a village' garbage. Amazingly, only a few generations ago nobody went to public school, so had no 'mandatory' vaccines.

Matter of fact because of a 'mandatory vaccine' my blood is no good for donating. Just wanted to say thanks again to our Federal Government.

The government is also interested in regulating vitamins and alternative healing. Since they did such a great job with the pharmaceuticals, I'm sure they will do a splendid job with the natural stuff. {look up CODEX}

I'm sure everyone will be very happy if they make April 15Th the day the Federal Inspectors come by to check your garden to make sure you are keeping a good crop for yourself. Plus, it will naturally have to be taxed as well.

Amazingly, the American Indians lived for years without a single Federal rule on gardens, hunting or minerals. Europeans and Orientals did this as well, I just wanted to stress the point that it happened HERE in the Americas before the 'white man' came.

A few years ago, I think in the 60s when the 'crazy kids' started 'getting out of hand', the Federal government sent a few investigators out to different parts of the country to 'find out what was going wrong'.

One of these investigation teams went to an Indian Reservation and ended up talking to a very old Indian man. When asked 'What do you think the cause of our degrading society and our troubles are?'

He responded, 'When the white man came to this land, there was no crime or disorder. The Indian men played games to relax. They went out hunting and fishing whenever they wanted. The Indian women stayed at home and did all the work. Then the white man decided he could "make it better"'.

It is true to some degree, and I'm sure it wasn't all fun and games. But, I also do not know of any instances of Indians leaping to their death because of a stressful job. :)

When all the trees have been cut down,
when all the animals have been hunted,
when all the waters are polluted,
when all the air is unsafe to breathe,
only then will you discover you cannot eat money.

Here is an interesting little video about our taxes and monetary system. This guy is a real moviemaker. Probably his most famous one is the comedy ‘Trading Places’. It is very informative and also a little depressing. Do not watch it if you ‘OWE’ money to the Fed. Otherwise, watch it then afterward, watch the next clip so it can cheer you back up.

Spring Break School Special

Teaching our kids to lie

I read a very disturbing report this week in WorldNetDaily regarding an Illinois high school district's decision to subject their 14-year-old freshman classes to a "gay indoctrination seminar."

According to the report, the school's officials required the 14-year-olds to attend a "Gay Straight Alliance Network" panel discussion led by "gay" and "lesbian" upperclassmen during a "freshman advisory" class which "secretively featured inappropriate discussions of a sexual nature in promotion of high-risk homosexual behaviors."

I'm not kidding. I wish I were. But that isn't the half of it.

The school district, knowing full well that disclosure of the program to the student's parents would cause a problem, ordered the children to sign a "confidentiality agreement" that bound them not to tell their parents!

According to the school district's superintendent, the situation was a "mistake." But George Fornero didn't believe that subjecting 14-year-olds to homosexual indoctrination was a "mistake."

Instead, as I understand the story, the "mistake" was in trying to conceal the program from parents. Evidently, the school district couldn't care less if the parents found out. After all, there is nothing they can do about it, as the parents discovered from a similar case in Massachusetts.

In that case, the presiding judge ruled that the "the rights of religious freedom and parental control over the upbringing of children … would undermine teaching and learning. …"

Can you believe it? If I am following this line of reasoning correctly, parents interfere with teaching and learning.

My parents taught me how to talk. They taught me not to lie. They taught me not to steal. They taught me to treat other people with the same respect I would want them to extend to me. And they taught me about "the birds and the bees."

Thus has it been in the human experience for as long as there have been humans. And, despite the prevailing attitude among educators, children are human beings, unique and original individuals. Who would be in the best position to know each individual human child and what is best for that unique individual? A school district? Or a child's parents?

If you answered "a child's parents," then you failed the pop quiz. The correct answer, according to the government, is the school district.

US District Judge Mark Wolf ruled, "Under the Constitution, public schools are entitled to teach anything that is reasonably related to the goals of preparing students to become engaged and productive citizens in our democracy."

That part of the Constitution must have been added since I last read it. The Constitution enshrines individual rights and liberties. The government doesn't have any rights – it has privileges afforded them by the governed.

Further, noted Judge Wolf, "Diversity is a hallmark of our nation. It is increasingly evident that our diversity includes differences in sexual orientation."
So, some people are sexually oriented toward members of the same sex. It just so happens that other people are sexually oriented toward children. Is pedophilia the next "hallmark of diversity" that it will become necessary for the government to protect?

Wolf also ruled that, since history "includes instances of … official discrimination against gays and lesbians … it is reasonable for public educators to teach elementary school students … different sexual orientations."

That is the same circular argument. U.S. history includes official discrimination against pedophiles, as well. But, you say, pedophilia is illegal! So was homosexual conduct – prior to this generation. Does that mean that pedophilia is just a generation away from legitimacy?

For the answer to that question, let's return to the Illinois case. The Deerfield school district's confidentiality agreement would require 14-year-old students to lie to their parents. That is what they were taught by their schoolteachers – "Lie to your parents."

What were they to lie about? About sex!
Not only is that exactly what the average pedophile tells his victim, i.e., "This will be our little secret," it is also clear and undeniable evidence the school district knew that what it was doing was wrong and objectionable to the parents. But, of course, "right and wrong" are among those things that parents are unfit to teach their children, according to the school board and amoral judges.

They believe students are better off learning such principles, like how and when to lie, from the government. Hal Lindsey
